Volunteering

As a member of Elm Park Pool, your help as a volunteer is always appreciated. Finding free time to do anything is difficult at best. We hope you’ll take the time to think about your favorite pool activities and see if you can find a few minutes to spare to help out in some way or another.

Here are some ways you can help out:

• During one of the activities on the social calendar, such as Opening Day or Tropical Day.

• During an event like a swim meet, by being a timer, handing out ribbons or marshalling swimmers.

• Give a hand at the Oasis (the snack bar).

• Distribute flyers.

• Bake for a bake sale.

• Put your talents to good use! Help us out by painting pictures, taking photos, bringing in sponsorships, printing materials, etc.

In addition, we are eagerly looking for members to join our executive committee and pool operations positions.  No previous experience is required, only a willingness to help the Elm Park community and to make our pool season a great experience for all! Please see the individual positions.
